I bought this book for the soups because I just bought an immersion blender and it has good recipes in it. The smoothies look great too but they are very high calorie so I will only be using a few of them but will try out the variety of soup options, I like the easy format and the color photos. There is a good variety of options with brief descriptions of how they can improve overall health and skin.

Returned it, nothing new in it.
